Michaela Dowd is thrilled to join the Crossroads Academy team as the Kindergarten and First Grade Assistant. Her background in psychology and her experience assisting in the first-grade classroom previously, allows her to provide added support for kindergarten and first-grade students. Michaela is skilled in offering individualized learning support.
