I’m happy to report that the admissions season is going well so far this year. We have twenty-two new students either admitted or in the “pipeline.” New families hail from New York City to Wentworth, NH, to Norwich, VT, and many towns in between!

Would you tell a Crossroads story to at least one colleague, friend, or neighbor? There is so much to share. What about your fifth grader’s success with the wonderful performances of A Midsummer Night’s Dream? Or do you have a third grader who recently dissected a cow eyeball and learned first-hand what the lens, retina, and vitreous humor felt like and looked like? Our first graders are deep into Egyptian history and just held the annual Egyptian Museum, and our second graders are marveling at the newborn chicks hatching in their classrooms. That’s not all! The eighth graders are constructing their solar sprint cars to defend their championship title earned the last two years, the entire Middle School is rehearsing for Shrek, The Musical, the fourth graders presented outstanding African projects last week, and to top it all off, our kindergarten students are reading!

It just doesn’t get more exciting than this. Please help us continue to grow Crossroads Academy by sharing your children’s stories with those in the community. Enthusiasm is contagious! —Many thanks, Betsy
