Cricket Mikheev holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University in Psychology and has extensive experience with teaching and learning at the K-8 level. She has served as a school psychologist at the Mandell School and Convent of the Sacred Heart (both in Manhattan), Learning Specialist at KUA, as well as Head of Lower School at Sewickley Academy, Assistant Head of School at Pear Tree Point, and Head of School at Maple Street School. Cricket is looking forward to bringing her student-centered and research-informed approach to supporting Crossroads students and teachers.
Cricket lives in Norwich with her husband, Artem, and their four rescue dogs. They have four children; Lydia, Isabel, Clem, and Eliza. Cricket is an avid knitter and a pottery enthusiast. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and quilting.
