Brenda Blair is delighted to join the Crossroads community as the After Care Director. She brings more than 30 years of leadership, program development, and team-building experience and holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a graduate certificate in Human Resources.
Throughout her career, Brenda has been passionate about helping people grow and succeed. She is excited to bring those same skills to Crossroads by creating an After Care program where children feel safe, valued, engaged, and inspired to learn through play, creativity, and meaningful relationships. In addition to her professional experience, Brenda has spent more than 20 years teaching CCD classes, including preparing students for Confirmation. Working with children and families has been one of the most rewarding parts of her life, and she believes every child deserves an environment where they are encouraged, included, and supported.
When she’s not at Crossroads, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, who is also retired after a long career as a builder, as well as her daughter, Erin, and grandchildren Leah ’28 and Brady ’24. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, cooking and baking bread, and exploring new places with her family.
