Katie earned her B.A. in History and Education from the University of New Hampshire and her M.S. from Southern New Hampshire University. With more than 15 years of experience in education, she has brought her talents to institutions across the Upper Valley, including Dartmouth College and Kimball Union Academy. As a Kimball Union Academy alumna, it was fitting that her career in education administration began there. She is experienced in supporting both annual fund initiatives and capital campaign efforts, leading stewardship and alumni relations programs, managing volunteers, and planning strategic events. Throughout her career, relationship building has been at the core of her success, guiding her work and fostering meaningful connections across school communities.
Katie joined the Crossroads community in 2020 as a consultant on the Capital Campaign for the Fanger Center. Since 2022, Katie has served as Crossroads Academy’s Assistant Head of School for External Affairs. In this role, she oversees the school’s development and enrollment efforts, working to advance the mission of Crossroads and support its continued growth. Relationship building continues to be central to her work, and her deep belief in the Core Knowledge and Core Virtues Curricula, along with the exceptional teachers at Crossroads, guides her daily efforts.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time on the water with a good book, taking walks with her golden retriever, Winnie, and exploring the many treasures of the Upper Valley with family and friends.
