We are excited to begin preparations for this year’s Family Fall Festival on Wednesday, October 22, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. This beloved tradition brings our community together for an afternoon of fun, games, and connection—and we need your help to make it a success!

We are currently seeking volunteers to help organize and run individual activities during the festival. Volunteers will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and managing a specific station or activity throughout the event.

Volunteer Information:

  • Set-Up Time: Wednesday, October 22 | 1:30 – 2:15 p.m.
  • Event Time: 2:15 – 4:15 p.m.
  • Volunteer Sign-Up: Volunteers and Donationsnecessary supplies and parent/family support

The Volunteer Sheet includes a list of suggested activities and supplies needed. You’ll also find a list of materials the school can provide.

Supplies & Reimbursement:
We do our best to keep this event budget-friendly and greatly appreciate any supplies you’re able to contribute. If you plan to purchase supplies and would like to be reimbursed, please submit your receipts to me directly. If you prefer to donate supplies, let me know so we can record the donation for our Crossroads Funds.

If you need to store supplies ahead of time, you’re welcome to drop them off at Crossroads. Please email me to coordinate storage in the Sweet Pea Kitchen, located in the Bancroft Building.
