We are pleased you are applying to Crossroads Academy, and we look forward to getting to know you. Before you begin the application process, outlined below, an interview and tour is strongly recommended. If you have any questions during the process, please call the admissions office at 603-795-3111.


The Application Form

The application form is available in our viewbook, or you may download an application form here (PDF).

  • Complete the application form. Include with the application:
    • the application fee ($75.00)
    • a recent photograph of the applicant (not required, but strongly recommended).
  • Return the application as soon as possible to Crossroads Academy.
Recommendations and Records Release Forms

The Admissions Office will send the following forms to you on receipt of the application:

  • Complete the Records Release Form and give to your child's present school.
  • For applicants to kindergarten and grade 1: Student Evaluation Form - Give to your child's preschool or kindergarten teacher.
  • For applicants to grades 2 - 5: Teacher Recommendation Form - Give to your child's present classroom teacher.
  • For applicants to grades 6 - 8: Math and English Recommendation Forms - Give to your child's present math and English teachers.
  • Complete the Application Follow-up Form and return it to Crossroads Academy.
School Visit and Assessment The Admissions Office will call you to schedule a school visit and assessment when the school records and recommendation forms have been received.
  • Kindergarten - Schedule a play-group date.
  • Grades 1 - 8
    • Schedule a full-day visit
    • Schedule a two-hour visit for placement tests.
Financial Aid

Parents seeking financial aid must file a Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) with the School and Student Service for Financial Aid in Princeton, NJ, before March 27 to be eligible for financial aid. Financial aid packets that include the PFS are available from the admissions office.

Notification

Parents will be notified of admissions decisions after April 25.

Admissions decisions are based on space availability and academic and social compatibility with grade-level peers. Crossroads Academy admits students of any race, color, sex, nationality, religion, or ethnic origin.
