The Admin Team (AT) functions as both an administrative and an advisory body. With the school’s mission as our guide, the AT attempts to build cohesion within our community of faculty, staff, students, parents, and others in the Crossroads community by sharing information, generating ideas, solving problems, strategizing, developing initiatives, and setting policies on topics relevant to our school’s administration.

We meet monthly on Thursday afternoons from 3:10-4:45 pm.
Topics covered include the Admissions viewbook, After-School Program standardization, foreign-language options, and ways to build community.
